arches

So with all the wet weather camping was not going to happen this memorial. so some last minuet planing we went to Arches. I had never been.

The Kids loved the visitors center.

Lots of hiking. the kids did well 6 + miles. and they did it with minimal wining.

Proff I was there. Operating the camera has it's advantages. With all the wind i soon lost that visor forever. the kids are still asking me when we're going back to get it.

changes

This year we started off with the best plans. Jer and I where finally ready to buy a home of our own after planning and saving we found a house and placed an offer. Our dreams where about to come true.. Other plans where in store for us. Jers health has been up and down for the past 2 years and just when we think things have settled down they knock on our door again. after the offer was placed on the house jers seizers made another appearance. We had expected this because stress triggers them and buying your first home is stress full. when we went to see his neurologist we hadn't expected her to say she wanted to start the process of another surgery. eeekkkkk!!!!! the house plans fell threw on there own a story that even now is bitter. our lender didn't know his job apparently and did not want to learn. in march we started a very long process of testing and evaluations. We have had much support and compassion during this time. coworkers have helped cover shifts and work take on extra for booth of us to take time off. family has watched kids and stayed at the hospital. friends have let us lean on them for support. It has all been overwhelming at times. the kids are holding up. kenzie has been emotional and we have tried to give her her space and time to deal with this. shes growing up so fast and nothing like a sick parent grows you up faster. the last time we did this she wasn't even 1. We have been lucky to keep jers seizers down played in the past; but she's getting to smart for us to do that now. we're hoping in the next few weeks we'll have a more defined date as to when the surgery will happen.
